Action Centre

This feature proactively identifies areas for concern and opportunities for improvement. This area will continually be updated with new reports to help enhance data quality. 

This feature can be accessed by clicking the lightbulb on the left hand menu panel. Note: This feature is only visible to users with the administrator or report-administrator roles.

When an ILR file is imported, the software will identify any issues within the data. The lightbulb will indicate if any issues have been detected. See screenshot below.

The report(s) flagged with data issues will be highlighted with a red exclamation mark. Click the arrow on the far right or the report title to open the list of issues. 

Once you have reviewed the data you can choose to ignore the report. This will ensure that the report is no longer flagged as an area for concern. 

If a new ILR is imported and additional issues are detected the report will be re-flagged.

Report Overview

Overdue Breaks in Learning

Identifies enrolments who are flagged as being on a planned break in learning but have no corresponding restart record within a year. These will have a negative impact on the achievement rates.

Risk on Non Timely Completion

Identifies enrolments with no completion and are currently 60+ days after planned end date.

Overdue Continuers

Identifies enrolments who are continuing but have no corresponding enrolment record in the following academic year. These will have a negative impact on the achievement rates.

Internal Transfer with no start within 120 days

Identifies those enrolments who have been flagged as an internal transfer (withdrawal reason 40) with no corresponding restart record within 120 days. The new restart record start date has to be up to 120 days after the transfer actual end date.
