ILR Data

The ILR feature allows users to view the raw imported ILR data for both the learner and enrolment datasets. Both administrators and general users have access to this feature.

Select either Learners or Enrolments from the left panel ILR menu option. This data is pulled directly from the imported ILR return, no performance calculations have been applied.

A data grid will open with all standard filtering capabilities. The Select Return drop down will allow the user to select both a specific academic year and file return,. See screenshot below.

Clicking the Columns button will open a dialog screen, allowing the user to select or deselect the columns that appear on the data grid.
