Reports Overview

Improve your reporting processes, allowing you more time to spend analysing data and reveal key drivers that impact performance. Strata has a  powerful report editor which allows you to create your reports easily and rapidly, customise them and share them with colleagues. These reports can be used to monitor and drive performance both at enrolment and institution level. 

Reports can be based on a variety of data sources including: 

  • Learners - learner counts by academic year
  • Enrolments - enrolment counts by academic year
  • Apprenticeships Overall and Timely - programme level enhanced performance measures by hybrid and planned end years
  • Education and Training Overall and Timely - enhanced performance measures by hybrid and planned end years
  • Destination and Progression - counts by academic year
  • Apprenticeship Components Overall and Timely - individual apprenticeship components i.e. NVQ and Functional Skill elements performance measures by hybrid and planned end years
  • Enrolments Retention - In year Retention% by Return

Included in Strata, are some pre-defined system reports which are categorised into various collections. All reports are drillable, down to either the aims which make up the programme or to the individual enrolments.

Click the Folder on the left menu panel to open the Report Library.

My Reports

My Reports lists all reports you have created or those reports that have been allocated to you. To create a new report click New Report.

System Reports

Pre-defined System Reports are shipped with Strata and form the basis of the Collections.

Recently Used

These are the most recently used reports by the logged on user.

Bookmarks

This is a list of bookmarked reports for the logged on user.

Collections

Pre-defined sets of reports to replicate the published QAR reports and provide learner and enrolments counts for Ofsted pre-inspection data. These reports are shipped with Strata and cannot be deleted. 

Click on the selected report title hyperlink to open the relevant report.

If you click on the three dots to the right of a report, there are several actions available:

All options are available for My Reports, only Add to bookmarks and Copy report are available for System Reports / Collections.
