System Reports and Collections (QAR, Ofsted)

Included in Strata, are some pre-defined system reports which are categorised into various collections.

Each system report can be copied or bookmarked by the logged on user.

There are three collections:

• Ofsted Inspection - provides a suite of reports which can be used to collate Ofsted pre-inspection data
• QAR Apprenticeship - replicates the ESFA QAR Apprenticeship reports for both Overall and Timely measures
• QAR Education & Training - replicates the ESFA QAR Education & Training reports for both Overall and Timely measures

Clicking on a collection for example, Education and Training Overall, displays the pre-defined suite of system reports available.

For each Collection, the user has the ability to export to pdf or excel, all of the individual reports into one pre-formatted report. To do this click the Export button.

The following dialog screen will open.

For the QAR exports you can filter by the organisations internal structure. These reports can be used for regular performance reviews or to inform the self assessment report process.

Once the user has selected the filters, click Export.

There is some conditional formatting applied to achievement rates on the full QAR exports. Amber indicates where the rate is below the national average. Red indicates where the achievement rate is greater than 10% below the national average value.

Prov Grp indicates the national average applicable to the organisation i.e. GFEC & TC, Specialist, Other Public Funded.

National indicates the 'All Institutions' national average value.
