Spotlight

The Spotlight reports allow all users to target a certain block of provision or area of the organisation and produce a full summary report. They can easily view everything that matters and have all the key information at hand for SAR meetings and monthly performance reviews. These dedicated reports will allow all levels of user within the organisation take ownership of their data. 

Spotlight reports can be accessed by clicking the Magnifying Glass on the left hand menu panel or clicking the Spotlight tile icon the Homepage.

Spotlight reports are available for Apprenticeship and Education & Training Overall Measures.

To view a Spotlight report click on the relevant tile.

Education and Training 

There are different blocks of provision that can be analysed for E&T, see the screenshot below. If a user has been allocated to part of the internal structure, the My Courses and My Structure list will be restricted accordingly.

Once a category and hybrid end year has been selected the report will be displayed. There are several areas to the report:

  • Key Statistics
  • Performance
  • Details
  • Aims

There are two buttons at the top left of the report, see screenshot below.

The Export button will export the full report to pdf or excel. See screenshot below.

The three lines filter button allows the user to add criteria to the report. A criteria side panel will appear to the right of the report.

Apprenticeships

There are different blocks of provision that can be analysed for Apprenticeships, see the screenshot below. If a user has been allocated to part of the internal structure, the My Structure list will be restricted accordingly.
