Exporting QAR Datasets

To export QAR data you must be assigned to the Administrator role.

Derived QAR data can be exported to an on-premise csv file for offline analysis. Derived, Overall and Timely data can be exported for both the Education and Training and Apprenticeship provision. 

To export QAR data, click the Cloud icon on the left panel and select QAR Dataset. Please specify the file you wish to export, either; Apprenticeship Overall, Apprenticeship Timely, Education and Training Overall or Education and Training Timely. Lastly, select the Reporting Period you are exporting / comparing against. Once you click Export Data the extract will begin and an export.zip file will be downloaded to your local downloads folder (C:\Users\<username>\Downloads.
