Importing Structure Data
To import Structure data you must be assigned to the Administrator or Import Manager role.
Strata accepts a Course structure and a Provider structure file. There are up to five levels of Structure available for use within Strata. For example:
Campus -> Faculty -> Curriculum Area -> Sub Curriculum Area -> Course Tutor
Below are two sample files for a 3 level course and provider structure. When creating the structure files, please ensure you have the header row included as per the examples below.
To import Structure data, click the Cloud icon on the left panel and select Structure. You will need to specify the file you are selecting for import, either Course or Provider. Clicking Select file will allow you to browse for the relevant file.
Once the file has been selected click Upload. Please do not navigate from this page until the upload has been successful.
A Notification will appear at the top of the screen in the blue menu bar, once the data has imported and the calculations have completed.
The Import Queue tab displays the status of the files currently importing.
The Import History tab provides a list of all imported files, including; Type,Upload Date, Uploader and Status. If any file fails to import, the Status will show as failed and the Log will given an indication of the error.
